Made an appointment for a recall part to be replaced, came on time, sat for 20 minutes before being told a mechanic wont be available for another 30 minutes, waited 2 hours to be told they didnt order the part in and I would have to rebook. Also asked them to tell me when my seat doesnt work, was told it worked fine, showed then how it didnt work, was told a cable was stretched and it would be 700$+ to replace, charged me 50$ to tell me that and on top of it they sprayed some sort of chemical in my car that is super potent and still wreaks after 4 days. I need to drive with my kids.
Popped in to GM about 3 weeks ago. Just have to say my customer service experience was incredible. Treena I believe her name was, helped me immensely. Just felt this experience was worth a review. Ive dealt with Dodge, Ford and nothing tops the service I received at GM - GM in Brooks Especially. Good job all. Cheers.
Horribly run company. The owner leads by example. Tried to talk to him about bad service and he told me better luck next time.
