I seriously doubted they would stand by the "everyone approved" motto with me but my situation didnt even phase them. AJ showed me a beautiful car right off the hop. I test drove it and fell in love. So they gave me a few different options and worked with me to find something suited to both my needs and my budget. They laid out a plan to rebuild my credit and reduce my interest dramatically over the next year and half! I left with the 2015 Hyundai Sonata <3!!!! LOVE IT If your on the fence... I would tell you to get in touch with AJ sooner than later and grasp a professional and educated understanding of whats possible for you. You will feel welcome and comfortable when you walk in. AJ and Mitch will make you feel valued. They were encouraging but not at all pushy. I needed some encouragement.... I deserved, and needed this car but my disbelief got in the way at first. Go in and trust their professional advice because these guys genuinely care and know what they are doing. This team went above and beyond for me. They did all kinds of extras, they handled my registration for me, got me a new insurance quote, brought tools to help me remove my old license plate (bolts rusted in), drove me to other locations to look at other options, handled every step with a sense of urgency when it came to dealing with the bank, offered to deliver the car to me wherever I needed it, checked on me after to see if I was still happy with my decision after all said and done. And yes, I am still happy lol.
I just wanted to take a few minutes to write Josh a review because he was awesome! I just purchased my 2016 Hyandai Elantra through the House of Cars Chinook location... Josh went above and beyond to help me find a car that I really loved and a vehicle that also fit my budget.... honestly being a female and trying to purchase a car or act like you know anything about them is extremely tough & not to mention makes you feel like a dummy.... but I honestly felt that Josh took in all my concerns and addressed everything and made sure that I was 100% happy. Another thing that I truly appreciated knowing that at the end of the day they are salesman is they made me feel like there was absolutely no pressure at all but that they genuinely just wanted to help me pick out a car that I was happy with. Mitch who I believe is the finance manager at that location was also extremely helpful!! Both of the gentleman sat down with me they went through my payments, they went through my options of cars they went through my credit score, they even made suggestions on how I can improve my credit to be in excellent standing. Im super grateful that this company went above and beyond to help me find a car that I truly love! I would recommend any one of the gentleman at that House of Cars location but obviously I have to shout-out Josh because he really put in a lot of work to help me...Thank you so much for all your hard work guys!!!!
I was in the market for a new vehicle and I was contacted by Philipe from house of cars. . He was kinda pushy and a little rude over the phone, and actually asked to pick me up to get me into the dealership to sign papers. I actually was not told my financing options and/or the vehical he found me. I went in with my brother in law, and he continued to be pushy. The only vehicle he could find me out of there hundreds of vehicles was something I did not want. My brother in law suggested (as the vehical was not what I wanted) to go to a a few other dealerships. Philipe called my brother in law a clown and said "why did you bring him?" I seriously I was kinda scared and he continued to get rattled and stormed up the stairs to his manager. We decided to leave and his manager was aware of what had transpired. Phlipe was pushing me to sign a purchase agreement, and when questioned continued to get mad. I believe he thought he had this sale in the bag, and of course he didnt. He was completely unprofessional and pushy. I will never buy from this place or recommend anyone buy from here.

Hi I do not recommend this to everyone. Why? because they are cheater. They cheated on me. They are unprofessional. Yes i admit I am excited to have my own car. But i had a big mistake to bought a used car from them. I am so much disappointed to them. I tried to return the used car after 2 days which i heard to my friend that there is 14 days policy return but they wont accept anymore. They said that they had none of payment for 6 months and they gonna say that there is no charge or interest but there is interest of charged. They had high finace fee rate of $1495 which you could have $495 on branded dealership. They dont care anymore once you had your car. They charges me too high just in a base RAV 4. Suppose to be that charge is for brand new. Now I,ve learned from my mistake. Buying a car its not easy, think it many times. And choose a better dealership. I do suggest to everyone Just go straight to the dealership like Southe Point, Heninger, Country Hills (ToYOtA etc.) Dont go in a used car like this they just want money money money...
From the moment we stepped on the lot we were impressed on how quick and friendly our sales person Richard was. We had found the car we had looked at online right away and he helped us quickly and was very helpful and friendly. The staff was all so helpful and always made sure we werent left unattended for too long even while we waited for our financing approval to be processed we were asked if would like some coffee or water. The staff worked so well together to have our needs met even though Saturday was a very busy day for them. Never felt that anyone was pushy and we were given lots of space to look over the car we wanted in great detail after which our questions were very well answered. Even before I asked, Richard was already getting the CarProof on the vehicle for us and explained what all the items meant so we could make a good decision. Would definitely recommend that anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to see these great people. Good Customer Service still exists in some places after all :D
What a joke! Came across a car that I was interested in that was within my very strict budget, so I called to ensure that they had the car and if I could come see it that day. They confirmed they had the car and we set up an appointment to meet 5 hours after our phone call. We get there, they tell me the car has been sold! No phone call (they had my number) or anything, we wasted 2 hours driving to Calgary. We got upset over the circumstance and proceeded to leave, when they told us theres another one but almost twice the price. We negotiated a price and agreed to buy it (with the understanding that it needed brand new brakes, and barrings). Everything worked out and they were supposed to mail me the spare key and call it good, but now it is a year later and no spare key. Ive reached out to every location several times to get my key and still nothing! Not even an answer to where my key could be! So dissatisfied with the customer service, very unprofessional! I will not be back!
