The payment machine was not working when I parked at one of their lots. They then sent me a parking ticket and I told them that the machine was not working and I am more than happy to pay for the time I used the lot but would not pay for the ticket since this was not my fault that their machine was malfunctioning. They informed me that I would still need to pay the ticket and overall the customer experience was extremely negative. I will not be parking at their lots in the future and encourage others to do the same. They are not a good or fair company with rude customer service representatives.
We paid over $1,000.00 in daily parking; however, there were 2 instances where there problems with the machine and we received tickets. We appealed and during the appeal time, they charged penalties. They refused to budge so we paid the cost of the original tickets. They have now sent us to collections for their penalty fees!! This is incredibly poor customer service and threatening behaviour for any organization.
They are very disorganized, I was using their monthly parking and made an initial seposit which I was supposed to get back at the end of the contract. Precise Parklink made a mistake by not providing my name and info to the property management company so I have been calling them to get this issue resolved still got nowhere.
Absolutely scandalous company!!! This is a privately owned company and they issue tickets that are not even correct!!!! Please do your research and be aware of your rights. This company rips you off and no matter what they say, dont let them swindle You!!!!
