On Feb 29th of 2012 I purchased a vehicle from Penticton Honda. I was given the option to purchase extended warranty through the dealership. I was told if a claim was not made during the time of the extended warranty( 3 yrs), I would be reimbursed the premium. This sounded too good to be true, so I clarified it three times with the financial services manager. She assured me that the plan worked that way. The previous occurred and when I called to collect my initial premium from the administrator of the plan, I was informed that I did not qualify for the reimbursement because the financial service manager had checked the wrong box. I inquired as to what my recourse was. They informed me that I was to contact the dealership, who informed me that the financial services manager no longer was employed by them and they would not be reimbursing me anything. Last week we were vacationing in the Okanagan when our 2013 Honda Pilot starting running rough. We called the Service Department while on our way to our day trip, and they said they could take our vehicle in right away to see what the problem was. They also offered to shuttle us to our event, and pick us up when we were done. If that wasnt enough, they also assured us there would be a "loaner" vehicle for us to use while on vacation if our Pilot needed more time. They completely delivered on all they promised! At the end of the day, we were still able to enjoy our vacation day-trip, had our vehicle repaired AND werent charged a dime as it was all on warranty! Thank you - not only for the excellent service, but for the peace of mind! We wish we lived closer to have them service our vehicles all the time!!!! We thought this type of customer service no longer existed - until now!!
We purchased a used vehicle from Penticton Honda last Saturday and had a very welcoming and great experience working with John Mitten and Linda (in financing). We were very impressed with the level of service we received. John spent time researching and reviewing the vehicle we purchased, even though it was not a Honda and also a vehicle that is not commonly on the lot. We drove all the way up from Vancouver and would do it all over again. There really is something to be said about customer service these days, and John is definitely of a high caliber. He is genuine and honest which is hard to find in sale! A huge thank you to Honda for being so accommodating to us and our two pups who lounged around the dealership while we did the paperwork and financing. We would highly recommend John to anyone! We found that Penticton Honda is not to be trusted when trying to buy one of their on special vehicles. You will find that you will be told that it is already sold. Example the two vehicles that we were interested in were 2011 Honda CR V and 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 when we asked about purchase they advised us there was already sold. A month later the Dodge is still sitting on their lot.Trade in value we were offered for our 2010 Subaru Impreza was $5200.00.My advice to anyone looking STAY AWAY!! FYI they also own Hyduai dealer ship next door in Penticton also had a bad experience there also.
Our CRV broke down while travelling through Penticton with our family on a Saturday. Even though they were fully booked, they were able us to get us in right away and found the problem within the hour. The parts and labor, paired with the diagnosis cost were definitely easy on the pockets. And to top it off - They had us out the door and back on the road by lunchtime! We will definitely be stopping in if we are ever in the area again!
Purchased a vehicle from John Mitten recently at this dealer, I received the best service of all the dealerships I had gone too. The vehicle was also much nicer than shown in the ad. Making the journey from Vancouver to Penticton well worth the drive. I highly recommend visiting them when looking for a new or used vehicle as you will not be disappointed!
Asked for the best price and when it wasnt as good as everywhere else I re-asked for the best price and got shamed. Then after I told them I bought at another Honda dealer they told me they could beat the price. I bought from the dealer who was honest and transparent from the first email.
Hands down the best place to buy a Honda or any other vehicle through the Sentes Autogroup. Ive been buying fleet vehicles for over 20 years and you will not see this kind of price point nor service in the Lower Mainland. It truley is the best car & truck purchasing experience going in BC.

Penticton Honda service department delivered the comprehensive and timely service that Ive come to expect from good Honda dealerships. Ill be taking my aging Fit there for my service requirements.
The epitome of professional. On time, courteous, great service. Very personable, too. From now on I will bring my 13 year old Accord here first for all its service needs.
Parts and Service personnel are the best in the business. Honest work, honest prices, and knowledgeable staff. Dont confuse these guys with the dealerships in Kelowna.
They have hidden charges!! They lured me from up north and when I got to Penticton the price they told me was wrong!
If youre looking for great vehicles (some of which at built in Canada), then this should be your first stop!

Lack of willingness to negotiate on price. Would not recommend.
