As soon as I went in I could see they are high class. Clearance showed me some pictures of some of the cars they worked on. Really expensive stuff, they even have a 35 – 40 thousand dollar job coming up which is insane. He showed some pictures of other LOCAL shops that had done jobs for customers. The same customers coming to BPG and asking them to remove the whole system and installing new ones. Explaining and showing examples of how the bigger/more reputable companies didn’t care about the installation. That once they were set and done with the installation and taking the customer’s money, they simply didn’t care and it was impossible to get an appointment with them for any issues you might have had down the road. Then worst of all he also said how some (Again, LOCAL) shops gave customers a discount in exchange for good reviews which is just disgusting in my opinion. Which is why I’m really glad I went with BPG. Mind you I’m still a student and yet the prices BPG quoted me were perfectly reasonable. Given the fact that their installation and all their parts come with a lifetime warranty. They offer the lifetime warranty because they trust the brands they sell and they care about the installation and make sure its done the right way. By soldering the connections (not just taping) and a bunch of other things. So, by that point I didn’t even really look at the price of the install anymore and just wanted to get it over with. As a bonus for black Friday I also got a small discount that helped with the costs. So, I booked the first available weekend appointment which was for 2 weeks after the meeting. It’s crazy how busy they are, as they are now booked until the end of January. They are also really active and very willing to answer all my questions through Facebook message and through calling. So, I went in for the installation and it was done on time and it came out to be the exact same price I was quoted, nothing extra. I am a perfectionist and looked through the car after the installation was done, for any possible problems. Absolutely NOTHING wrong, it was very clean and the wiring was unbelievable. I’m also a tech head so I always want the best features so I told them I needed a few more programming features added to my car. They were willing to give me any appointment that I wanted. That’s the true meaning of taking care of your customers. So, I went in yesterday on Saturday for the extra features and they listened patiently and executed perfectly. While I was waiting for the features to be added they gave me a Starbucks gift card just for making me wait for the features I wanted added. Which is crazy because I dint even pay for the extra features. I WAS NOT INFLUENCED in anyway by BPG for writing this review. Heck, they didn’t even know I was going to write this review. It’s the least I could do for all the time they spent helping me and answering my questions (Even staying after hours to make sure I’m good to go) In fact, I started writing this review as soon as I got home from BPG and its been 3 hours of constant writing which is totally worth it. I know it’s a long review but its worth reading if you’re looking to spend a lot of money on vehicle upgrades and not sure where to go. Even if I can help one person to stop looking around and just go to BPG for the best experience I will have done what’s right. All in all, my car is now perfect with all the features I wanted like keyless entry, trunk release and remote start. Everything made possible by the incredible crew over at BPG. I will be going there in the near future for some more work done on my vehicle (window tints, etc...). Will also definitely recommend BPG to my friends. Thanks, BPG.
CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/5 KNOWLEDGE 5/5 WORKMANSHIP 5/5 I would recommend these guys to any of my friends. Theyve done two installs for me now, an Iphone adapter harness for my car stereo and an alarm/remote start system. Their installation of the wiring and components is very clean and hidden. When I had an issue with my car and I suspected it was the alarm/remote start system I gave them a call. Even 4 years after the install, Jason the owner told me to bring my car in so they could take a look at it that very same day. They first confirmed that the issue was not related to the alarm/remote start system and then continued to troubleshoot and rectified the issue, and even though the issue was not related to their install, they spent 2 hours with me and I was sent me on my way. Thank you so much!!! Unfortunately, I dont remember the name of your newly employed installer which was also super nice as I hung around and watched, he showed good experience and skill as he was troubleshooting while we chatted and he raved about how happy he was to work with a boss that cares and at a shop with great standards. Youre doing it right!
Clarence and Jasons crew are great at what they do. A few months ago I brought my new 2005 Volvo S60 to them for a remote starter installation. They were willing to take on the challenge that a few other shops had been hesitant about. Apparently my car is a major pain to deal with, certainly not impossible, but not easy either. BPG was able to get the job done and the install was very clean and seamless, I couldnt find any damage, loose panels etc. Now, a few days ago, my auto-starter stopped working and I couldnt figure it out. So BPG was able to fit me in the same day I called, and they fixed the issue in short order and had me on my way. All of this was done free of charge and with no questions asked. I believe that a companys true character and quality shows when something goes wrong with their product. The good ones stand behind their product and workmanship, and the bad ones dont. BPG obviously is a shop that stands behind their work, even when issues arise. In my opinion, their prices are great value for the quality of work they do and the ongoing support they provide. Ill be a repeat visitor for sure.
Frequent trips to the local ski hills were leaving me with a chill on the drive home, then BPG hooked me up with a simple CompuStar starter. Now I just hit the button after taking my skis off and my car is toasty by the time I get there. Jason provided me with exactly what I needed and even did the installation after-hours because Im from out of town. Right after the install, he was kind enough to do a demo so I could experience how it worked, and made sure I understood the procedure and safety-switch before I left. There are no extra wires or pieces I needed to deal with, just a new key-ring with one button. A phone call was all it took to set up a time and he completed it to my expectations, flawless. Now all my friends are impressed by my park steez and warm ride home. Thanks BPG! *just a note, I noticed some one star reviews; Kari Austin and Art Lee are obviously not real Google accounts, since all theyve posted is a slander review... Busted!
Add BPG to your Team! Ive been into BPG and worked with Jay and the rest of the guys on a few small projects over the past 5 years. Im definetly not a big budget client, nor a super frequent client either. At BPG it doesnt matter. When you walk in you work towards a goal for your setup. Youre never simply sold something, they want to make sure that its the right product for your budget and intentions. Everyones budgets and needs differ and BPG can source out so many different options at different levels of quality and cost that you can rest assured that you regret your decision a few months down the road. Installations/wiring is an artform and when you see the time and diligence that will be put into your vehicle you begin to realize that these guys care about their work. Good prices, great product knowledge and incredible installations! What more can you ask for?
