Best service ever. My boyfriend and I drove from Edmonton to Vancouver, the engine light was on during the trip so we headed to this service centre as soon as we arrived Richmond, the lady in the front desk and a gentlemen nicely arranged the inspection despite they were about to close in 10mins. The service advisor Jude Kim called us the next morning telling us they found cranks on one of the plunger and they replaced other seven plungers to ensure the safety when we drove back to Edmonton. all the staffs there were super warm, helpful and professional. Thank you again Jude for making our trip safe. Highly recommended.
My CLA had to have the gas fuel filler door replaced, and the guys at Richmond Mercedes Service dept, Tim Wong & Stefan were awesome. They fitted me into their booked schedule early in the morning , so I can get to work immediately after that. Tim Wong, always consistent in his service, came out to greet me at the valet parking spot when I arrived at 7:45am. And Stefan took care of the car immediately, and in less than 1 hour, my car was back to me, washed and ready to go. Great job guys, keep up the great customer service! I will be bringing my car to your service centre for my maintenance service program!
I came to the dealership and asked somebody to guide me. A sales person allowed me to sit inside a car for 1 minute and then told me that he didnt have time (because I came without an appointment). The next day I made an appointment and did a test-drive of 2 cars. After the test drive I asked the same sales person to show me specs, prices, etc. The answer was that he didnt have time and I could google the specs and prices. So, I googled the closest Mercedes dealership (which was the Mercedes at Boundary), went there and bought my new car there.
I dont know how Mercedes has this kind of worst service center.. I had an appointment on July 12th at 2 pm.its going to be 24 hrs complete.they didnt find out yet , even they didnt touch my sprinter van,, I left my truck for service..NOT FOR BEING PARKED....Not only that 4 months ago I ordered tail lights for my truck.. 4 times they keep got the wrong parts... lets see... What they coming up with..
Worst customer service ever! Had a flat tire three times within 6 mths brand new car. When needed help No one was much help. Had no rental car no curtise car or no one to drive me home i felt stranded. Having two merceds from them i expected a little bet more help from them then what i was given my luck i always end up at this location not happy at all worze experience every time !!!!
Horrible Customer service. receptionist are very unprofessional and service advisor EDMOND FONG was just unbelievably rude, very poor manners. i have been spending thousands of dollars in this particular service department for years. they dont give you courtesy cars for not having warranty for your car. that is just very poorly executed customer service, will not come back.
No service no problem? See two problems happened after last weeks service: Hinge is becoming sloppy and its base is getting looser and noisier every time open/close the drivers door. Besides, speaker bezzel on door been damaged with no reasons... Wandering why?
Never come back here. DO NOT GO there. Service ripoff charged me $3000 for services . They try to charge me $500 for Program key. And after I called surrey dealership they are no charge for programming.
Nice and painless dealing with Michael Lee ! Facility needs more parking and much larger waiting area !! None the less it still deserves a 5 star rating with all its friendly and professional staffs.
I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and the Shop manager to be knowledgeable as well as obliging. I will certainly return in the future to have my vehicle serviced. David Coates

They treat u like gold here. I only have a smart car yet they treat me as if I have a brand new S class. Expensive but worth it.
