Single-handedly the worst rental car experience one could ever have. The staff were very dismissive and clearly overwhelmed with dealing with all their customers. The concept of we will pick you up is great, but you also have to hire staff that can do that and not take away from the front desk so that other customers can actually get all there processing completed. The fact that this rental was paid for by Ford due to warranty work, clearly impacts how they treat their customers. You could point at a car that you want, and they will nod and say yes yes yes no problem we will look after you, and then stick you in another car. With all the paperwork thats required, its too late to dig in your heels and say no I actually wanted that vehicle, you heard me ask for it, and now youre just smiling and nodding and sticking me in another one? This is probably the longest review Ive written as Ive never experienced such poor customer service in the history of my Global travels and utilizing rental car companies worldwide. The office itself is a complete train wreck I dont believe the place has been vacuumed or tell you that since its been put in place. Lets face it the area isnt the nicest, but at least show some self-respect in your workplace. All of this probably is tied to the fact that they do not have enough staff to go and pick up their customers and give them a vehicle yet joined the staff from the front desk to provide this service. I can keep going, however semicolon Im now over this and will duly note not to rent from this location in the future. And let me be clear that this is a review of the location not the company as a whole.
The worst service ever, I called to get a car and the customer service sent me a confirmation with the price and I asked her if is there any hidden fees she told me no,and when I arrived to their office the guy his name Brian Mclean and the other guy he told me I have to pay 27.99 for insurance over the 30$ the car rent fee for a day,so I called back the customer service and they told me It is optional not mandatory and she asked me to give my cell phone for Brian, and when he spoke to her he tried to explain and told her you dont know tge area how bad it is, so he first asking for hidden fees, Second he is discriminating Surrey, and I already wasted 2 hours from my time Well, as a result I dont recommend this service ever I would like to update my review cause the area manager called me back to follow up with my claim, Which is something I found it great, and he was super kind and nice, so the individual act for that agent I will not generalize it for the entire company! So just you can go and rent a car from another Enterprise office!
Horrible service. The manager Brian is ridiculously unprofessional. I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle and it was for 11 am, he pushed that to 1 pm, then 3 pm, and then at 430 pm, I had to call back myself to try and figure something else out. He continued to say "soon" rather than just telling me he wont be able to get it. I had to miss my entire day of work the next day in order to go pick up the rental at 11 am. On top of all this, after us having spoken of the possibility of my extending my rental period and then having called and confirmed this, he was extremely rude as I questioned why I was charged with 2 separate transactions on my visa the day prior. He informed me that they are doing a huge favour by leaving my rate as is. This manager and this location are absolutely terrible. Not worth the stress and lack of professionalism! I will be returning the car first thing in the morning and going elsewhere. This has been the worst customer service experience.
I had a reservation for 2 pm. They did not have the car I reserved and I didnt get a car until 4pm. They did upgrade me for free which was the only redeeming thing to a van but the gas tank was empty so I had to go fill it up. I had been traveling since 5:00 EST (14 hours) that day via airplane and then Sky train so mind you I was tired and upset and still had to travel another hour north to get to Squamish. I planned to leave around 2 because of the awful Friday traffic in Vancouver. I got stuck in the worst traffic I had ever experienced in my life and decided to just get off and stay at a hotel to get rest. My plans were delayed a day. I did not receive any notification via phone or email about my reservation being delayed despite staff saying they did. I would highly caution travelers coming from afar about using this particular branch. It is cheaper than the airport but if you are a family and not an individual, the delay may really stress your day.
By far the worst Enterprise Ive ever seen. My friend booked a rental and they were supposed to drop off the car at her place in 10 minutes which then turned into an hour. After they stopped answering her calls, she had to walk 10 minutes to find out what happened and the whole time they said they were waiting on her, even though she called and THEY set the expectation. This literally ruined her Seattle trip for the entire weekend. I would like to have their management contacted to have them apologize for such a blatantly terrible service. Avoid at all cost unless you want to deal with rude people who have no regard for customer service.
I reserved a car from this place a full sized car but when I went there they told us there is no full size car so we can give you a ford edge for the same price. When we returned it back they told us there is a scratch near the tires which were before we took. They did all this because they want to take the $300 deposit because they gave us a car more expensive but it was there fault but this treatment is really bad because when the car is returned the mam who saw the car he dirctly went to see this point on the car that nobody can see in one hour. This company dont rent a car from them if you want to rent or thinking to rent.
The worst Enterprise facility I have ever been to. Incorrect billing, false promises and they will not have a car ready. Go across the street to Avis. Enterprise customer service will jump in and ask you to forward your complaint, but will not follow up or do anything. Just another PR scam. If you need a car in this area, go to Avis or try another Enterprise location. The other reviews below are spot on. Update May 2017. As I wrote above, they will jump in and imply that they are here to review the complaint. I have already submitted the complaint a few weeks ago. You just dont follow up and care about customer service.
I have corporate discount and they did not give me a car because they had other customers willing to pay more for the car. I was tricked by the agent that said to book it online while I was in store and when I checked for a rental car online it mentioned its sold out but beforehand the agent mentioned I had two choices of cars to pick from and later said they could not give me one as I can see its sold out (contradicting) so I Went across the street to AVIS rental and got a better customer service.
